UI/UX Designer (B2B SaaS & Ecommerce)

Introduction
We are a Danish company with a growing presence in Bangkok, building modern B2B ecommerce and SaaS solutions for international clients. This role owns the user experience and visual direction of our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to shape how our platforms look, feel, and function. You are expected to take ownership of your design area, contribute to product decisions, and maintain consistency across multiple client products and our own platforms.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end design process, from user flows to final UI
- Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple product lines
- Collaborate directly with frontend developers to ensure designs ship as intended
- Contribute to product decisions where design intersects with functionality
- Run lightweight usability validation on prototypes before handoff
- Translate client briefs and business goals into clear, scalable interfaces
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, not just mockups
- Solid command of Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variants
- Experience working inside or maintaining a design system
- Ability to defend design decisions with reasoning, not preference
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
- Ability to clearly explain past projects and design trade-offs
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for ecommerce or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with handoff workflows (Figma Dev Mode, design tokens)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS or frontend constraints
- Motion or micro-interaction design experience
